WARSAW LAW FIRM - HISTORY
The Warsaw Law Firm of Bernard Łukomski was founded in 2003. Since then, we have worked on a wide range of projects and transactions for both domestic and International clients.
The types of projects that we have been involved with are numerous and have included our core competencies in tax (business & criminal) and family law matters. Over the years we have won many court cases for our clients.
As a Warsaw Law Firm with extensive knowledge of Polish law, we have successfully represented our clients in dispute resolution with tax authorities ranging from broad tax issues such as VAT and income taxes to criminal tax and social security cases. Many of these cases were positively resolved without the need of reverting to the courts.
In addition to disputes, the company supported and advised clients on numerous transactions, transformations, projects, restructurings and acquisitions. The assistance provided to clients concerned, inter alia, the real estate, financial, insurance, medical, IT, IP, construction, retail and wholesale sectors.
